Tracker Plus BREEAM Licence Fees as of 1^st January 2022

Tracker Plus BREEAM is available under the following licence options:

Additional Costs	Admin fee (ex VAT)
Transfer of a project between domains	£100
Switching/upgrading a project between scheme versions	£100
Bespoke credit amendments to a Green Cert project	£50 per change
Providing extracted Green Cert project information (evidence/validation statement bundle)	£100
Any other work including research into back ups	POA

* Annual licence fee invoiced up front for first year after which is will be invoiced in quarterly increments to tie in with project fee invoices.
** for up to 5 projects transferred to a new domain. Additional £10 per project for more than 5 projects. This admin fee may also be charged for other requests outside of the Tracker Plus support contract.
The above is subject to agreement of the TrackerPlus Licence Agreement, details of which are included within the main proposal documentation on request.
The above services are provided in accordance with the TrackerPlus Service Level Agreement, details of which are included within the main proposal documentation on request.
UK VAT will be charged at point of payment if applicable to the location of purchase. Where the system is purchased by a company based external to the UK and the project building is not located in the UK then no UK Value Added Tax will be charged.
